View Security for Securable Item Interface Change

You probably know the View Security for Securable Item task quite well since it is the go-to place when determining security for a report, task or data source. With Workday 32, a dramatic change was made to the interface of this task. You are no longer presented with a drop-down of results having to select only one task to view the security. Instead, you can search with as little as 3 letters and anything that has a match will generate in a table grouped by Tasks, Reports, Report Fields, Background Process, Data Sources, Delivered Worklets, and Services Operations. You can then view the security of those items with a simple click, which will generate a pop-up screen with the information you need. The results load much quicker, and you can search more items without having to start over like you did before. An improvement, no doubt!
