Recruiting Enhancements with Workday 32

Workday 32 has a lot of exciting features to enhance the Recruiting module. For instance, take advantage of the new Recruiting Hub! This one-stop-shop offers you a holistic view of all your candidates and where they are in the recruiting process. The Recruiting Hub cards identify candidates by step, making it easier to manage the workflow. 

Ready to hire someone? Set up the new autocomplete functionality on your Hire business process. By checking the new "enable autocomplete" checkbox on the Hire definition, when you move your candidate to the "ready to hire" step, it will kick off the initiation step automatically taking the information that was entered during recruiting.

Do you use LinkedIn for your job posting needs? Make sure to opt into the new "Apply with LinkedIn" button. While this was previously there, LinkedIn is deprecating the old button and having you configure the new button with your external career site. 

Or maybe it is the Job Requisition Workspace that you will find most helpful. This workspace will help you prioritize your job requisitions, easily view candidate activity, and navigate between all your job requisitions.
